Thesis
HOS is architected around three primitives: knowledge, missions, and AI Staff. Knowledge is the central substrate. Every action creates it. Every mission compounds it. It becomes the organisation's institutional memory.
Missions are encoded organisational workflows. They fire on triggers and schedules. They handle deterministic work deterministically and bring in AI Staff only at real judgment points. They run continuously, including when no human has prompted them.
AI Staff are citizens, not tools. They are hired via conversational onboarding, composed from a registered tool library, and they preserve context across interactions. They show up in the org chart, not in a menu.
We built HOS for ourselves. Coralbeat runs on it today. More products on HOS are in development. It is the IP moat we do not hand to the next bidder.
