Who we are
CognitionHub is an AI-native private equity house operating the cognitionhub.com website. This policy describes how we handle personal data submitted through the site.
What we collect
When you complete the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional company name and message you provide, plus standard metadata (timestamp, referring page, user-agent). If you arrived via an audience-specific link, we also record the audience context (co-invest, LP, operator or other) so we can route your message to the right person.
How we use it
We use your submission to respond to your enquiry and to evaluate it for potential partnership, co-investment or fund discussions. We do not sell or trade personal data. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit opt-in.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a managed Firestore database provisioned on Google Cloud in the europe-west4 region. Access is restricted to named operators at CognitionHub.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@cognitionhub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies only where you have consented via the cookie banner on first visit. Analytics, when enabled, are anonymised to page level. Our full cookie settings are available through the banner at any time.
Updates to this policy
This is a working policy. We will update it as the business evolves, with changes published on this page and the “Last updated” date above.
This policy is a plain-language placeholder intended as a starting point. A formal legal review is scheduled; specific UK and EU data-protection obligations will be reflected in the final version.
