CognitionHub does not market investment products to retail investors. What we do have are peer-level dialogues with qualified investors about deal flow in private-market e-commerce and community businesses — ours or yours — where operators change the outcome.
The audience
What we mean by qualified investors.
Family offices, private-wealth principals, and institutional allocators who make their own investment decisions with access to professional advice. Individuals and firms who are actively looking at private market deals and know how to evaluate them.
If you manage other people's money at scale, or invest your own at that scale, you are the audience for these conversations. If you're a retail investor looking for somewhere to put savings, this site is not for you and we are not the counterparty.

How it happens
Primary venue is the community.
The CognitionHub community on Coralbeat is a closed, peer-to-peer network of founders, operators and qualified investors interested in e-commerce and community businesses. Most of the ongoing dialogue happens there, alongside the research and field notes we publish internally.
