CognitionHub guarantees a help-first Network. These terms bind Bench Operators on the Operating Bench to that charter. They sit alongside the general website terms of use and privacy notice.

1. 1.A high bar for battle-scarred operators

   Bench Operators are a curated panel of operators and specialists members would recommend with their reputation on the line. This is not a vendor marketplace, agency roster or lead-generation channel.

2. 2.No selling at the heart of the charter

   Pitching, soft funneling, product demos and treating peer spaces as a sales surface are prohibited. Bench Operators advise, diagnose and implement with the member's interest first.

3. 3.No member contact details

   Bench Operators never receive member contact details. Emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles and similar identifiers are not displayed to Bench Operators, not exported to them and not shared with them by CognitionHub. Introductions happen only when a member requests them and both sides consent.

4. 4.Member-led access only

   Bench Operators do not sit in Founder forums or Leadership peer rooms as a prospecting path. Access is limited to what is required for an approved contribution or a member-requested introduction.

5. 5.Monitoring and immediate termination

   The Network monitors participation and traffic for charter breaches. Prospecting, scraping, harvesting contacts, unsolicited outreach or other violations result in immediate removal from the Operating Bench, without guaranteed work or refund of any application effort.

6. 6.Application means agreement

   Submitting an Operating Bench application confirms you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them, alongside the website terms of use and privacy notice.
