If you have led a business or team through growth and change, apply to join the Operating Bench. Help Network members with specific work under the Operating Bench terms.
Introductions start with a member’s request
Members decide when they need help. The Network arranges introductions with consent, and each assignment has its own scope. Joining the Bench does not guarantee work. These standards protect that relationship:
- You bring substantial e-commerce operating experience. Applications are reviewed against the Bench’s selection standards.
- You agree a clear scope of work after a member-requested introduction.
- You cannot prospect, pitch, receive member contact details or treat the Network as a lead list.
- Breaches are monitored. Bench Operator status can be terminated immediately.
