Bench Operators are battle-scarred operators who serve members under the Network charter: no selling, no member contact details, member-led introductions only, and immediate termination for breach. Read the Operating Bench terms before you apply.
Governed access, not a sales channel
Vendors and sales representatives cannot join to browse members, collect leads or pitch. Bench Operators never see member contact details. Access is limited, introductions are member-led, work is not guaranteed, and charter breaches end Bench Operator status immediately.
- You bring battle-scarred e-commerce operating experience when a member asks. The Bench is curated and held to a high bar.
- You deliver clearly defined work after a member-led introduction — governed ad hoc, not ambient selling.
- You cannot prospect, pitch, receive member contact details or treat the Network as a lead list.
- Breaches are monitored. Bench Operator status can be terminated immediately.
